The MDBA commends Reginald Adams of Museum Of Cultural Arts Houston(MOCAH), Kathy Hubbard and Annise Parker(building owners), as well as Leadership Houston, Class XXVII(Macy Bodenhamer, Project Chair), for the beautiful mosaic mural/ public art project on the side of the Hubbard Financial Services Building.
